Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for unworn items that meet all conditions below:

  • Shoes must be completely unworn (no outdoor use)
  • Original packaging, box, and dust bags intact
  • All tags, labels, and stickers attached
  • No signs of wear on soles or upper materials
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. We will arrange pickup or provide return address

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Return shipping costs covered by customer
  • Exchanges available for size or fit issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective items replaced at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or outdoor use
  • Shoes without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 48-hour window
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
